the fight was awesome!! it was even at first, they both kinda slipped a bit, then the san jose guy got 4 solid shots in a row on rypien, he staggered a bit and started bleeding bad, and then rypien switched hands and the announcer went nuts. he was holding the front of the guys shirt with his right and throwing lefts, then finished him off with his right with a shot in the jaw while he was holding onto his jersey haha

Some good fights! Like the commenators were saying at one point I am suprised at the speed and intensity the Canucks are showing in preseason.

good preseason game today. this is actually the first game i was able to catch and watch the whole thing. bernier impressed me tonight. played a big role on the 2 PP's. wellwood. damn. he's got some nice hands. he doesnt seem to have a hard shot or quick release, but he sure knows how to pick his spots. he's got some good patience. henrik standing up for himself. that's good, he needs to let the opposing players he's not gonna be pushed around anymore

doesn't this happen often with the canucks? go on a considerably long win streak only to follow it up with an equally long losing streak? regardless, i think the team is fine. i thought the same last year and nothing's changed, except i would've liked to see naslund still with us. and gillis is an idiot. you don't hate on your team, or at least call out certain players, only to turn around and say they're the future of the team when you run out of options. even if he lucks out and we win the cup, he's still an idiot..just one all of vancouver would love.
