If you IMDB the guy, it says its the same dood that did Soundwave in the movie and cartoons. He also did Megatron back in the cartoons too. When you think about it, the cartoon Megatron voice just wouldn't match the movie character. Coincidentally he also was Dr. Claw in Inspector Gadget too lol. He might have changed the tones a bit tho, it did sound very close.

saw it in imax, shoulda watched it in regular theatre. i like how the whole movie was a giant advertisement for the US army...and how all the good guys were GM vehicles and the bad guys were all the other car companies.

other then that, lots of action explosion and megan fox cant go wrong.

Definitely the cleanest one and the easiest to differentiate what parts are what. Probably as close to the cartoon ones as it gets.

military equipment. in the case of an american film, u better make the us army

I have mixed feelings. I was watching it and near the end with all the differnt robots, i can truly say if you aren't in your 20-30, growing up with transformers, you would be like WTF is going on. I not a a huge fan but I was able to follow the plot ok. I could see how my dad or any young teens be like.. wtf is with all these robots. I can see how T1 would be better of a story line appealing to the general public.

T2 was just too much with things blowing up. I was watching the last scenes and when everyone was fighting in the sand I had no idea who's fighting. (some of you could name every single decepticons and autobots, but for me, i just saw machines fighting each other). The ending was just BOOM BOOM, the end... i was like.. OH, ok....I'm not sure if I was ok to leave because it was 2.5 hrs already or if I was too overload on the CGI.

Someone made a great point, the army = useless, what a waste of the entire army cast but hey, you gotta have some humans. The twins were needed because they needed their personality to reveal the end so I was ok. The mom and dad scene could've been cut out but to be honest, it was only a 2 min. scene at most.

megan fox was hot but I didn't like the i love u, you love me etc at the end.
