Have you tried the taco place at maggie benson? |
Quote:
Their papusas are delicious when I worked downtown I'd go to them every other day lol. I forget what the side is called but they look like french fries but are so starchy and delicious |

Taco place in maggie benson is good, been like 4 times already, i think its 2.84 for a single taco, its authentic-ish, I wish they had a slow braised pork and their "hot" salsa's are pretty fucking weak, oh well, its still good. |
 |
This course cart thing is super helpful when choosing my courses. Anyone use it yet? :megusta: |

Going into Beedie this upcoming fall. Thoughts on 3 course load? I am clueless when it comes to course selection:QQ: I live ~20m bus ride from campus so i should be alright with morning classes right? |
i'd start with 3 just so ease into uni |
Debating Bus 201+Econ 103+Eng 103 or Bus 201 + Math 157 + Eng 103 for first semester Oh well i still have 11 days to decide:concentrate: |
Has anyone taken a lot of their electives online (3-4)? I'm planning to do so. This way I can be working full time and taking electives to finish up 120 credits to graduate. I've never taken a distance ed course, but I'm entertaining this though so I can get my full time job position asap. |
I've taken some of my electives online, and some required more work than others. But in general, you just have to make sure you keep up with your readings. Since you don't have lectures and tutorials to go to, you tend to procrastinate very easily (that's how it was for me). I believe taking distance ed courses tests your discipline, and require good time management, especially if you're also getting a full time job. I have never done a full time job and 3-4 courses together, but I think it'll be tough but doable. Of course it depends on the courses you'll be taking. I'd say 3 courses is more than enough. |
Full time + 3 courses isn't going to be fun... you're not going have any personal time. |

fuck calc 2. I've never gotten so frustrated studying lol. He posts sample questions and an answer key, but no hint as to how he got the answers. Fuuuuuu -- midterm 2 is tomorrow, there goes my chances of a decent mark in the class :okay: |
Math 157 is a Pre Req for Bus 207, I was just wondering if Math 151 would work for the pre req instead of Math 157 as they are both Calculus. Also for the Business major it states that it accepts math 157/151/154/150. So please let me know if I can use Math 151 as the Math pre req for bus 207 and buec 232 instead of math 157. Transferring from another school and have transfer credit for math 151 and math 152(which was brutal) |
