facebook 1.6 just launched last night. from your berry's browser, http://www.blackberry.com/facebook/mobiledownload

Quote:
Here's a highlight of new features:

* Status updates and highlights on the home page - you can now view your friends' most recent status updates right on the home page. Highlights like photo uploads and wall posts are just a click away and you can comment on a photo, poke a friend, etc. right from the home page.
* Wall access from within Facebook for BlackBerry - with one click on your friend's profile picture from the home page, you can access their wall without having to go to the mobile site.
* Photo viewing in a simple, easy-to-use slideshow format - check out your friends' latest photo albums with improved photo viewing, and view albums in a simple and easy-to-use slideshow format. Just scroll back and forth through the thumbnails along the bottom to display the larger picture in the center of the screen.
* Facebook for BlackBerry 1.6 will also support three new languages:
o Thai
o Indonesian
o European Portuguese
and no, it isn't available in the appworld yet.

Has anyone replaced their Bold's LCD screen? I need to replace mine because a small white line developed and just gradually grew bigger.

There are 3 versions of LCDs, on the back of the LCD's there is suppose to be the part number on it.

Heres a picture of it so you guys understand what im saying.

My bold's LCD screen does not have any part number on it, so how would I know which LCD i need to buy?

The back of my Bold's LCD looks exactly like a mirror and has no numbers or special markings on it.

I can't exchange it with rogers because it is unlocked.

My bold says it is made in Mexico, so I don't know if that helps.

edit: figured it was 003/004

You should be able to connect your Javelin to your computer with this cable and then move a music file into your internal memory in your Javelin and set it as a ringtone

I'm on a mac, downloaded the program for my OS. It says media card is needed and won't allow me to do anything. Other than that, I uploaded it on net and downloaded it on my BB. One thing I noticed right away after downloading it is my whole damn phone slowed down quite a lot.
