Best Call Centres?

Thinking about leaving my current job as a CSR. Been with this company for 4 years but shits going down hill fast. Anybody have any opinions of some good call centers to apply at? I would prefer location to be Vancouver or Burnaby and with a good starting pay like over $15 minimum. It would be shitty to take a big pay cut. Any opinions would be appreciated!

NOT NCO! FUCK NCO

I'd suggest using Apple One to apply to eBay

Apple One in Burnaby blows. I used them for the NCO thing before and when problems arised and everyone was trying to contact AO, they wouldn't reply or just give excuses.

RBC visa, i know a few people in there that came from NCO and they are so happy right now with RBC

Agreed, i HEARD Telus is a pretty good call center

Try Novus. We are expanding soon.
No graveyard shift (we close at 11pm) which is pretty good compare to most call centers where u will most likely get grave.

Start pay is $16.50. Laid back enviroment. When there are no calls u are pretty much free surf the web, watch TV, play games do what you want. The best part is that they don't minitor/record your calls so you can take as much as you need to help customers.

My wife like Accenture but someone else who posts on this forum says his girlfriend got let go for nothing so that was a bad experience for her.

yo wins...come to telus man. i'll pass your name on and get you into the testing. my buddy should still remember the interview process so i'll see what he remembers. i think you'll start at like $19ish since we just got a raise this past week.
