Yes, this seems like the case of paternal instinct taking over. His reaction was to swiftly take down the guy that threatened the well being of his child. By looking at the video, the guy looks like he realized what he had done and should have maybe acted in a different manner. Just like several people here have stated, I would have done the exact same thing. Would I have felt bad about it after I had found out the guy was mentally handicapped? Sure I would've.

Your comments can be viewed as age discrimination, but as you mentioned, it's a public on-line forum, so who cares..........
I thought Revscene was a car site. Working on cars is a hobby of mine. So is car audio. I didn't know there was an age restriction. I frequent the board for another reason. To see what the younger generation is up to - break the generation gap, so to speak. There are more of us "geezers" on Revscene. Even some women *gasp*. I just happen to be more "out there". I used to lurk, but found it much more entertaining to post once in a while. Of course my views will be slightly different. And, at times I don't feel like I fit in. Anyway, life sucks and then you die, so......... let's move on. |
How is that age discrimination, I never told you that you shouldn't post in this forum because you are a geezer, nor did I spew any hatred towards you. I was only pointing out, that for someone your age, I didn't expect your comments to be slightly unrefined.
I'm not that young, but sure, you can call me a punk, it makes me feel younger.
Yes, lets move on.

Yes, lets move on. | Slightly unrefined for a geezer? I can be refined, buddy, but this is RS. How many fucking refined people do you come across in here?
Now we can move on.

IMO if you know your DS kid is unstable around other kids/people.. why take him out to public places with tons of people.. and if the parents didn't know.. I would've fucking done the same thing if he did that to my kid.. except i wouldn't have stopped until someone told me he was disabled.. that guys was lucky he only got a punch... i really don't give a shit about what other people say that he didn't deserve the punch.. IMO the 4 year old didn't deserve that kick..
