this game sucks for single player campaign. i don't have online but im sure it is 10 times better. i'm returning it.

one guy falls behind and gets beaten up by zombies.. we all made it and just stayed at the boat shooting at the incoming ones..
eventuall the game ends.. then a chat log pops up

that cracked me up.. lol

we were defending the barn... my friend runs back from the ledge and jumps out the window.. we were all like wtf? and he's like "uh....yeah, you'll see why" and next thing you know a Tank was climbing up and we all jumped out and went back into the barn to make the Tank have to climb it again... free shots to the face! hahah

lol, we were playing yesterday supposedly on normal setting for one of the campaigns... can't remember which, it's the one with the train and tower... totally got dominated for HOURS .. we were like wtf is wrong with us? we killed the tank but just couldn't get into the damn safe room
...turns out my friend set it to expert

Expert is the only way to play the game. Once you get a hang of the audio cues, shoving zombies/bosses, and managing health kits and pills, expert doesn't seem too hard.

You guys are only playing on expert mode? You can use the console and make the director keep on sending you zombies non-stop.

hmm I'm pretty sure that's single player, or else I don't think you'd be able to use those commands. Plus, the other players are just standing around, which I'm pretty sure are bots from single player.

nice video dual but i noticed the guy barely takes any damage from the zombies when they hit him, which means he's just doing the console commands in a normal or even easy mode game.
In expert mode the zombies hit for about 10 to 30 damage each swipe and boss zombies do about 30-60 damage a pop when they pounce/smoker choke. Not to mention tanks instantly incapacitate . With that many zombies you probably could barely make it off the rooftop.

The Director is the AI that controls how many zombies come at you and when. The selling point of this game is not only the coop, but the Director which makes every time you play the map a different experience. It makes the decisions based on how well you're doing (getting pwned or pwning), adrenaline level(based on your accuracy) and your health/ammo.
So the xbox version does come with the Director. Not sure if you can control it though because PC's have the option of opening a console inside the game and type in commands to change any aspect of the game (gravity, max ammo in a gun, gun damage, director, etc..).

here is a another tip or fact about the game
the maps are not destructable environments... only like the doors, and gasoline tanks that can blow up some huts....
however, Tanks can friggin go through walls or anything..... holyshit
i had 2 incidents with the Tank, soo crazy
first was on the hospital, we heard the Tank grunting so my group decided to stay on the stairwell hoping it will show its big ass through the doorway so we can shoot it
next thing you know.. it burst right through the friggin wall throwing every single of us around.. another epic moment from this game...
2nd, at that industrial warehouse.. it creeped the shit out of me when it just broke through a wall and walk pass me.. then i shot it out of shock and it killed..

saints row 2 will be awhile to get 100%, cod5 and gears well , i want to beat the story on hardened/hard and then take a shot at veteren/insane which should take the longest.
dead space on the other hand scares the fuck outta me and i just got the game and am on chapter 3 lol
i get all my games on xbox 360 because i play only for achievements unless the games specifically for ps3 or ps lol

there was this one time the Tank was climbing up the side of a train, and I continously sniped the hands and it would fall down lol... unfortunately it climbed up when I had to reload.
When we face the tank, we try to go to open space and spread out as far as we can, hoping no hordes show up
Yesterday, me and my friends kinda freaked out because there were 2 witches in a single map.
