Did anyone watch The National last night on CBC?

They did another story and featured the S2000 owner and showed all of the pics of him and his car from Myspace.

And they tried to track him down for an interview, but all they managed to get was a quote from his mom. lol.

Something like "When he got the car I made him promise he wouldn't street race and all he did was smirk at me"

When it comes time for me to have kids and they act out, im threatening them that ill hire those bad babysitters that were on the news, and ill turn off the baby monitor!

I was in the car directly infront of the CRX when he went over. Even when the car was on the roof with sparks flying, the car was going fast enough that it was catching up to me. :cry:

Close. I pulled to the left to let the MR2 by. The owner of the MR2 was my buddy and his GF was in my car when it all went down. Anyways, the CRX was following, lost control and went up on the grass hill, hit the light pole, flipped onto it's roof right behnd me. I watched it all in my rear view mirror.

And the rest was history.

The RCMP and integrated traffic are hunting around 176th and 184th, between hwy 10, and 24th. A couple of people I know have been picked off by radar, most going less than 10 over the limit.....

A cruiser came along to check out if everyone was ok some time after that video, and was very cool about the meet as everyone was well behaved. sigh... then there was also a silver prelude that went up and down the isle a few times speeding before he really left near towards the end of the meet.
