Stopping Impulse Buying?
 
ok guys i know all u have this problem 2...
have you ever had the feeling that u just NEED to buy something.. like ANYTHING just fucking something and you think of the weirdest shit to buy.
Ways to stop that fucking urge HELP HELP HELP

Freeze your credit/debit card. Then you'll need to go to a bank, and give it thought, when you want to buy something.

learn to control yourself. I go to plenty of places without spending a penny. I obviously want unecessary shit but I won't buy it unless I really need it or its a special occasion.

its not just going out and seeing stuff and randomly buying it. Even when Iam at home I just think of random shit to buy

Don't worry about it. I can tell you're young. It happens because you can get away with it. This will all eventually go away with age. Enjoy it while you can because when you have commitments like a mortgage, family or car payments, you will miss these days. :)

yea iam pretty young. But I think i have a problem because I know I NEED to save the money but there so much shit to BUY LOL. I already stopped buying clothes unless a really need it like a new winter jacket or something. But electronics gets me bad

take the top inch or so off a 4L milk jug. fill it with water. put the CC into it. stick it in the freezer.

now if you want to buy something. you have to thaw 4L of ice. which will take an hour or so. durring that hour of waiting your impulse will die down.

he could just leave the frozen jug in the tub and flood it with hot water.
