| USB Cable
The the USB cable from my printer to computer is too short. I have 2 printer cables, does an adaptor exist to put the two cables together?
The end that goes into the printer is the square one, and the other end is the normal USB.

You can get a usb extension cable.
a few bucks at places like ncix/a-power.

how long are you running?... I've had a usb printer work at 32' but I coudn't get it to work at 35' without a USB boster type cable..

^^USB spec maxes out at 25' cable length. Anything more than that, you're just lucky if it actually works.

(basicly an amp on the end of a 15' extension cable powered from the USB port. I've gone 40' or so with that. haven't tryed further.

You can (sometimes) use a hub as a repeater, too...
