i've had a 8320 and now i have a 8900.
but whenever i use the browser, it'd say
"Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact your service provider."

It means you don't have a BIS data plan on your account. If you don't want to buy data, go into your browser settings and change the default to "Hotspot Browser" (I think the default is Rogers Mall or something like that)

I have the 8900 curve with the roger BB plan.. LOVE IT.

$45/month Rogers- 450 min, free evening/wkend starting at 6, Caller ID, Voicemail, my5, unlimited network calling, 10000 txt, 10000 mms, unlimited email/instant messaging... i think thats it..

Sucks that the 8900 doesnt have 3g, but I didnt go with the browser plan since Im mostly using it for email and messager.

question though, does anybody know if MSN messager is included under "instant messaging", or do they mean just BB messager?

Awesome, thanks. Yah blackberrys i find are more for txting, documents, email and some applications rather then straight up web browsing.
