there there is always at least one police motorcycle at every intersection.
They tend to block at least one major intersection ahead of the main section.

I saw Stephen Harper get driven home once in Ottawa. He has like Lincoln Town car and then two Lincoln SUVS one in front and one behind him. HE doesnt' have THAT Much of an entourage.

but i've seen those motorcades before the cops are SO efficient lol re routed everyone.

when harper was here a while back, there were snipers and stuff on trucks around him keeping an eye out. so who knows could be him.
