ok man im gonna give you some serious advice here. first off, i drive a 2000 prelude w/ greddy turbo kit so i do have a bit of experience.

you need to do a few things;

1) decide if modding cars is really what you want to do. Its not a hobby, its a fucking addiction. ask anyone who has started modding thier cars, you start small and then this shit bites you hard and you want more and more and more.

2) you need to learn A LOT about cars. like in general, not just h22 motors or b16 or 4g63 or anything. YOU NEED TO READ and understand how a car works. From personal experience, it will really help you if you know what it takes to make a car run, not just run fast. That way if you ever need to troubleshoot you can.

3) once you figure out if you really want to mod cars, decide what kind of budget you want to work with over the next 5 years. If its 2g's or 10g's that will help decide if you go N/A (naturally aspirated) or FI (forced induction ie. turbo/supercharger) and make sure you set realistic goals for yourself as to what you want the car to do performance wise and what you want to use the car for.

anyways, i hope you really do some serious thinking before you go ahead and spend any more money. I will be more than happy as im sure everyone on this site will be to help you if and when you decide to do a build, but serious man if you dont know what a dynotune is or how an exhaust system works please learn more about cars in general

well i know the general stuff about an engine transmission, and stuff like that. i know what does it take for a car to move. but i am still learning about little deatials of a car. i have always been a honda fan and always will be. i read alot about engine stuff, not to make the car faster but learning about efficiency of a engine. really technical stuff cause my dad teaches mechanical engineering. but those knowledge are not as useful when i am not building an engine. like you said i am learning more of the real life knowledge of a car. i dont have the money anymore..( just got laid off) but i will get back to it. i am just trying to maintain the car right now.
