ok i banned my self from playing online. I noticed a trend, people only pick zangief, ryu, ken, akuma or gouken.

I like to play cammy.

I own half of them, but too many fucks are fucking cheap.

haha just learn your matchups, and you'll be able to own them with your cammy.

I can take out mots zangief / shoto's with my guile even if he's low tier. ;)

most zangief's are easy as hell to bait (command throws / lariat / ex palm, all are punishable), and shoto's are even easier when they're scrubby. But I do agree tho, the lag that comes with online play is hella gay.

lol, dood if your cammy is that good then you shouldn't have too much problem beating your opponents no matter who they pick.

i personally don't care if the other player wants to wait to see who i pick. i'll just pick first and try to destroy them with my ryu or rose.

what do you consider to be cheap in this game? it's fairly balanced IMO and even people that use Sagat can be beaten (hard to beat a really good Sagat though). :)

and what was cheap is this zangief was able to jump in the air strong fist then come back down and low fist and kept going to different sides of the screen and I couldn't do anything because I coulnd't command my thing right because he kept flipping over both sides.

focus attack to absorb the first hit, then dash away. there's an option for you in that circumstance. you could also try using your EX moves to try to get out of getting crossed up. :)

my cammy got alot better, sagats and akuma's are so predictable.

i just moved up another level in Champion mode to G2-E i think...some pretty good games in that level!! i got my ass handed to me by a blanka player! :cry:

I'm still stuck at G3-B, maybe I'm too picky and only playing games that are 4 bars or more lol. I can't stand laggy play :(

i'm the same dood, minimum is 3bars for me. i got some hate msgs after i booted some guys with 1 or 2 bars though:

like seriously, wtf? who plays with 1 bar??!?!?! every character would have a fricken teleport then... :confused:

finally made it to G1.. the competition is pretty tough compared to G2.

wow how long do u play everyday? i just got to g2 today and won my first final and i only got ~120bp .... g1 is 150000 gp isn't it? its gonna take forever.....

probly ~3 hrs a day. I win most of the finals i play so its actually pretty fast to reach 15000. Progress would decrease when the gf comes back at the end of the month.

I pretty much gave up on Champ mode, even the slightest lag makes me not wanna play seriously. I stick to players match with local guys. :D

Whenever I do raging demon, I time it so Akuma grabs them right as they get up. More often than not, I find it easier to hit them a couple of times with light punch, and then link it straight over.
