hell get off with nothing but haveing to pay for the hydro meter to be replaced. rarely growers get ne jail time. mostly fines and most of the time they dont do it in there own house its usually a rental.

Yeah, the police have to search the residence on a 911 hang up. The reason being was already mentioned before hand, incase the person at the door is say, a criminal, or is the homeowner being threatened to make the police leave, etc. They only leave in the movies, doesnt work like that in real life. No illegal search, he has no grounds to sue. He was letting an 11 month old play with a phone, thats just bad parenting and his own fuck up.
