i vaguely remember that in some of the races there were no tracks at all and they use something like a hockey stick to guide the cars... correct me if i am wrong ... man this is bringing back childhood memories...does anyone know the name of the cartoon.. i'm trying to find it on youtube or torrent just one or two episodes .

what? mid engine?? it is so modern now.
I used to have Magnum Saber, Cyclone Magnum TRF, Beak Spyder, few Super Astutes and Yankuro's Tamiya as well.
Among all of them, I only modified my Super Astute (sort of project Tamiya). Tried Hyper Dash, Mach Dash, Hyper Ultra Dash , Plasma and so called Chu Kin (chinese brand but runs very fast). Quote:

Still got most of mine, and i think most of them still run, just needs a respray. That was definately the start of why I like to take things apart, went from that to gundams to airsoft and now to cars. I just discovered that as you get older, the toys get more and more expensive. Now that I am so into LS1s I think i might try to make a mini version to cram into one of them.

i know this may come to u as a shocker but i found a few cars at value village & it's like $1.99 at the boys toys section (i was there looking for an old charger for my dads phone) & i bought it, this happen twices
plus u know whats really rigged, is the ppl with modded engines cuz those things are fast as f**k
while wings corner stopped carry stuff like this 3 years ago & that was before they made a change

damn i just realize that some ppl still keep their parts nice & clean (most of my parts don't work no more)
& do u guys remember in asia where u go to the department store or toy'r'us & theres always a free track,& u just bring your tool box there with your cars to race other kids

Well i always played at JUSCO back then. They had a custom built a 3 lanes Junior track and everyone start playing there. Or those hobby stores at kowloon.

Those damn things, Skipped lunch for 5 days to buy a set of metallic ball bearings then another 3-4 days to buy the super "stabilizer" poles + weights. I was so happy when my Avanti won like a $50 prize in a race when I easily dumped over $100 in mods on it.
Remember the sticker on the spoiler said: Being Nuts Is NEAT

i saw this chinese movie where leon lai was in it & one of the coolest thinks was when leon lai's partner sent his mini 4wds off a ramp flying & he would press the button & the car would exploded
