The heat might still win the championship in the future but I guarantee it will be a lot harder as we all know that the other teams will try to stack up... especially the east.

But it seems like the way to beat the heat is to play zone and make them just shoot LOL

Yup zone and clogging up the lane to force jumpers :fullofwin:

Nlkko 06-13-2011 08:57 AM

Great teams would figure out the zone in a series. In 2010 WCF, Phoenix play zone against LA and had some success but LA figured out and beat them. I guess Miami didn't figured out or don't have the bigs to succeed.

This Mavs team still wow me. They've earned it and won outright.

And please don't bring up others' personal life to make jokes. It's not funny, it's retarded.

LeBron better spend this summer to develop a post game or it's gonna be same old stories next year.

dachinesedude 06-13-2011 10:00 AM

i think Lebron seriously needs to work on his mid-range jumper cuz being atheletic and driving to the net can only take you so far, once the lanes are shut down, what is he gonna do?

just look at guys like Kobe and Dirk, they got some sick mid-range game

im not even gonna talk about Jordan's cuz his is on another level

Not really racist! 06-13-2011 10:44 AM

still got a huge smile on my face.

Vale46Rossi 06-13-2011 11:49 AM

How about Lebron needs to learn to shoot foul shots? Easy points?

Ray Allen got that shit down.

LC21 06-13-2011 12:54 PM

^
you just compared Lebron to best shooter in the game.

murd0c 06-13-2011 02:48 PM

Why didn't Lebron James want to go to College? he didn't want to show up to the finals :troll:

wuuhoo 06-13-2011 09:32 PM

lebron is still very young still ~25years? so theres still time for improvement, but he better start working on it.

He needs to work on his post game like everyone said in the past 1-2 years. When miami goes small, and hes at #4, he needs to be able to score in the paint or near it and not outside jumpshots

daval 06-13-2011 10:39 PM

Yah Dallas deserves the WIN, and big up to Jkidd...

I think second chance pts and missed fts gave away miami's opportunity.

mark cuban is seriously a fucking faggot

fucking hate that dude

couple years ago a lot of rumors were spreading saying lebron will be better than kobe/jordan. They must be on crack, lebron cant shoot worth shit. All he does is drive in and draw foul or what not. If that was the case than shawn kemp would be a beast.

Hell even melo shoots 10 times better than lebron. Dont let king crab's highlight fool you thinking he can shoot 3s. Ya once in a million years

HANG TIME HEADQUARTERS – Maybe Scottie Pippen was looking into one of those funhouse mirrors that distorts the image and that’s why he didn’t recognize himself.

Never mind measuring up LeBron James’ greatness to Michael Jordan. Former Bulls teammate Steve Kerr says the more accurate comparison is – you’re gonna love this – to Pippen himself.

“The irony to me is that LeBron is not Michael. LeBron is actually Scottie,” Kerr said Monday on “The Waddle & Silvy Show” on ESPN1000 in Chicago. “He’s so similar to Scottie in that defensively he was just a monster, could guard anybody, really more of a point forward than scoring guard. Scottie always loved to distribute the ball. That’s really where LeBron’s preference is.

“Phil Jackson used to call Scottie a ‘sometimes shooter.’ Sometimes they would go in, sometimes they wouldn’t. That’s how it is with LeBron. He’s a great talent and a great player but you can see his flaws as a basketball player. He doesn’t have an offensive game that he can rely on: no low-post game, no mid-range jump shot so when the game really gets tough he has a hard time finding easy baskets and getting himself going. That’s what Michael did in his sleep so that’s why the comparison is wrong.”

So in the aftermath of Miami’s loss in the Finals, the disappearing act in the fourth quarters and Kerr’s observation, what are the chances that a certain someone looks into a mirror he finds LeBron staring back?
From Steve Kerr! lol..

It was funny when ppl kept saying how kobe sucks and couldn't do it without Pau (sure, that's a legit argument) and how Kobe doesn't show up then shoots crap bricks...and now LBJ got Wade/Bosh/Bibby/Miller, etc yet still couldn't get it done...and doesn't show up for the finals lol.. the LBJ nuthuggers are quiet

Oh wait, it's their first season together...they probably don't have the chemistry yet.

GG 06-14-2011 09:55 AM

chemistry or not, lebron blow job LBJ is still overated like bosh the raptile.

I think you're going too far there, champ.

Believe it or not, Miami's season was a success. They played without their 4th and 5th best player Haslem and Mike Miller all year long. I don't think Pat Riley expected them to win it all this season.

You forgot they came together for the first time, have guys battling injuries all season long and only 2 games away from the title. I'd call that a success. They're in good shape going into the next season. How many teams could comfortably claim that?

dachinesedude 06-14-2011 03:04 PM

hey lebron said it himself

"not 5, not 6, not 7..."

didnt they sign 6 year contracts? so basically every year that they dont win a championship will be a fail year

Mike Miller is a Failure/no show all season including playoffs. Don't forget they are without Big Z and James Jones who won 3point shoot out.
