lol Well considering the weather in Halifax is shit for the majority of the year, I guess they figured they'd create an indoor place. It's owned and operated by Bill Pratt, who was once Prince Charles and Princess Diana's personal chef and has also headed some major events like two Olympics and whatnot. I tried food at the majority of those places and they were all actually pretty good.
