I've always wonder which one of the two we consume more.

Tomatoes or Potatoes?

I think we consume more potatoes than we do tomatoes...

In North America,
likely potatoes.

I even have a recipe book strictly on cooking potatoes :D

Tomatoes. I used to work in a produce department. We sold twice as many tomatoes as potatoes.
