It's probably best to do it before Aug 3 since it takes a few days to link your accounts and transfer the money over.

Do it ASAP. But they will honour the promotion up to Aug 17 if you have trouble / delays setting up your account (this include transfering the $250)

How do you transfer the $250CAD into your account ? I've linked up my TD bank account to my account now, but when I hit the '+ Money ' icon, it says 'they need a little more time before these options are available.'

Is it just verifying my information ? How long does it take, I've linked my TD and Zenbanx account for a few days already now.

I had request for a debit card by going into my account profile (click on your picture), and then clicking on Debit Card and requesting one.

Did you verify your linked account by entering in the microdeposits they made to your TD? After it's been verified, you can deposit money by clicking on the ">" on the main page under the "Your Currencies" section and then "Add Money" to transfer money to your Zen account from your TD.

^ I've verified my account with the micro deposits, but I'm still getting that "Need a little more time" message when I try to deposit money.

I'll give it a day or so and see if anything changes

How did you verify your acc with micro deposits? I can't find the area to put my amt.

So has anyone try it? I've read the details and it seems like it will cost you more than $250 basically you have to buy it at 1.3 exchange and they credit you back what ever the difference i.. but I still can't figure out a free way to take the money back out


Customer can exchange up to $250 Canadian into $250 U.S. in a single or one time only transaction on August 3.
The transfer will take place at our posted (not promotional) exchange rate and not the 1:1 exchange rate. A credit to reflect the difference between the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the exchange and the 1 CAD = 1 USD will be posted by no more than 3 to 5 business days after August 3, 2015.

Free way? I don't follow. Once the transfer is complete and you have your $250 USD you can change it back to CDN and then transfer it back to your linked account which is free.

Here are all your options.

Post-Promotion.
It's up to you how you want to spend your money! There's a few options.
1) Keep it in your ZenBanx account in USD and earn a bit of interest rate.
2) Exchange your $250 USD back to CAD at ZenBanx's market rate. This would be approximately $32X.XX CAD give or take.
Either keep it in your ZenBanx account or transfer it back to your linked external account - free of charge.
3) An ATM will be mailed out to you. Typically it takes 1-2 weeks. Maybe longer now.
4) You can use your ATM card in the United States. Details here on fees here:
a) Use it at specific US retailers listed here: as a debit card. No fee.
b) Withdraw USD at ATMS in the United States for a fee of $3.
5) At this time, you can only link your ZenBanx with CAD deposit accounts. So unfortunately you will not be able to transfer the whole $250 USD balance to your bank's USD account.

dont see the point of converting it back to CAD, I'm going to keep it in USD and use the debit card when Im shopping down there

Its probably because its a weekend. These only operate on business days. U should probably get it tomorrow. I also tried adding money via cheque but it hasnt appeared. So i am currently awaiting for the e transfer from my bank
