X-Men Origins: Wolverine - The Official Thread

Quote:

EDITED BY EL BASTARDO

We all know there happens to be an advance pirated copy of the new X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie coming out in May. Posting links to download this movie will result in a ban from the movie forum. Advance releases may be rare and I know we want to share them so everyone can see but this forum does not condone that type of behavior.

Also, in this thread the spoiler rule stands. And don't get too hung up on discussing the quality of a pirate movie. We all know it'll be better when we see it in the theatre anyhow.

i just found out that there a DVD version of X-men Origins is out for DVD. gona update when i finish watching it.

update:
this is the x-men origins, picture, sound quality very good, but not the fully computer digital enhance ... you could see string connect to the actor jumping around... It still needed some work

Anyone posting links - points.

Can discuss - can't give links.

murd0c 04-02-2009 10:38 AM

So how long is this movie supposed to be?

fsy82 04-02-2009 12:06 PM

lol exactly. foos

ewong 04-02-2009 12:46 PM

It's a pretty good movie. I'm not a big comic guy, but how close does it follow the original?

far from it
a few things here and there that is bang on from the comic
other than that, everything had been bent over and brutally raped from behind

many fanboys won't be happy with this

StylinRed 04-02-2009 01:40 PM

well its been said already but ITS A WORKPRINT :)

supposedly its 15mins shorter
and theres some placeholder cgi
and some missing cgi

gonna wait

jonwon 04-02-2009 05:54 PM

the missing 13% of the film will not save this movie from being a complete steaming pile of shit. "we're brothers.... and brothers look out for each other"

DanHibiki 04-02-2009 11:41 PM

it wasn't that bad I thought, other than it's parting from the source material.

my biggest gripe is
Spoiler!

i was the wtf when i saw that too. they totally raped deadpool :(

vapour_lock 04-03-2009 01:24 AM

why is this an official thread? what makes a thread official?

El Bastardo 04-03-2009 01:45 AM

We're tired of issuing points and deleting threads after a new person discovers and posts the link to a torrent to download the movie. This thread serves as a disclaimer to everyone about posting links about this movie and outlines the penalties for doing so. (Not everyone reads the rules)

I'm trying not to spoil the movie until it comes out in theatres, but this sounds depressing. Deadpool is my favourite character and I was really excited when they cast Ryan Reynolds for the part. If they messed up his character I guess we can say bye bye to a Deadpool spinoff movie...

mos_skeeto 04-04-2009 12:01 AM

Spoiler!

rice cooker 04-04-2009 03:11 AM

deadpool was cool at the begining, just the ending was retarded

El Bastardo 04-04-2009 01:30 PM

This movie is a great example of why I like the DC Universe better

About Deadpool:

Spoiler!

And if they DO make a Deadpool movie then theres no reason they can't put Lobo in the next Superman movie.

Grandmaster TSE 04-05-2009 12:24 AM

marvel > DC

movies don't even do justice to what the marvel comics have to offer

DanHibiki 04-05-2009 05:58 AM

Marvel >> DC

DC has Batman and Superman. After them the popularity of superheroes grow quite thin.

604604 04-05-2009 06:38 PM

good movie, totally recommnded it
