IIRC, residents of the Grace building on Drake in dtwn are offered a RR Phantom driving service, for which they are chauffeured around town in the Phantom, possibly the same car??

^I dont think it is, because every time I see the car I see the same mainland chinese guy. Ive spotted him downtown and richmond.
