They are a real pain in the butt to use, needs fancy tools and the alignment is tricky. Turbo S is good bang for the buck though, it comes a lot better equipped than the turbo but you get PDK and Carbon ceramic brakes standard. If you were to throw those options on the Turbo would make a lot more sense to go with the S since it will also hold its value better.
Never seen a turbo S hit the track though, but a lot of 997 TT (non-S) actually do go.

Some asians will need those 3 second pit stop changes. Always in a hurry and shits.

Without the m-sport package, it looks way too tame, so no.

But with the m-sport package and OEM performance aero parts, it looks beast: (IMO, nicer than the golden M4)

Good thing for E9X owners is that the interior hardly changed, and IMO, the interior actually looks worse b/c of the weird tablet thing that doesn't flow with the dash. Exterior is wider which is always better, but difference in appearance comparing the E92 to the F32 is tiny...whereas the difference from E46 to E92 was HUGE. The E92 will not look dated till the next release probably.

The 435i comes with the m sport package, the 428i doesn't and the m sport is a option.

I like the 4 series coupe but from a pricing point the 435i with options and taxes almost tops up around $80,000, imo that's way too much for a car that doesn't really stand out and just looks like every other BMW on the road. I can't imagine the pricing for the m4, I bet it'll be nearing $100k with all the options.

I don't think M-sport is an option on the 428i unless the dealer lets you special order it, could be wrong but that's how it was for the '13 328i sedan.
