Neither. The funnier thing is the number. 0508. There is 500+ of these plates running around...?

saucywoman 01-10-2015 08:24 AM

^^ I think that's the one who was a guest at our Open Road Auto Group photoshoot. He bought the white 08 LFA

Here's the mustang unwrapped; I was wrong when I said it was staying wrapped. I thought it was staying like that :( I hope someone gets the blue version; I would love to see it in blue :)

It is the Gallardo that was used during this year's Blancpain Super trofeo cup. Sponsored by Lamborghini of Vancouver and Blitzgear (RS sponsor) who wrapped it (before it was all white). I'm not sure how they did in the season but I was lucky enough to be invited in June to Mosport near Toronto and photograph the series (along with others that weekend).

Unless I can't tell what wrap looks like, it looked like it was grey paint. It didn't have the same look as JJ's GTR or Christian's LFA but I know wrapped can be deceiving. I forgot to confirm with him as we were encouraging him to purchase the LFA and discussing other stuff :| lol

Thumper, it's in the showroom- not service :p

underscore 01-10-2015 04:11 PM

^ honestly I'd just pick up my desk move it out there.

I wish all I did was answer the phones, this would be perfect lol. Unfortunately I need to be there to input technicians and support staff's payroll, explain repairs to customers & take payments, etc :/

Spotted this Alfa a few weeks back and when I was on my lunch today I spotted a couple people looking it over. It turned out it was the owner so I got a chance to chat with him, super friendly guy. He's got a few nice autos in his collection I was told, a Shelby and nsx, so I hope he will come to one of our meets

No one wants to see more pics of the person behind the wheel :p

Thumper they're your regular independent owned mechanical shop. I've seen all makes and models there; the Alfa is the best I've seen. I wish it was just old Alfa's, I'd be walking there evey lunch hour lol

bcrdukes 01-15-2015 03:22 PM

If you guys like vintage Alfa's, pay a visit to Franco @ FM Auto Repairs on E. 1st Ave and Boundary on the Burnaby side.
