What will you expect?

If you are buying stuff like (exhuast,wheels,etc) in an auto store?, what will you expect the customer service to be like?

heres mine!
- msn live support! (doesnt has to be 24hrs)
- give u updates on the products that u have bought

anyone?

i would expect them to know the details of products they sell.

i would expect them to be honest. i've bought stuff at a shop before and they couldn't install it for me even though they promised they can (i couldn't get a refund so i had it installed elsewhere...waste of my time. another instance was when i was told my parts had arrived at a shop...only to find out that it didn't yet. waste of my fucking time!

I really think you're setting the bar too high, gti_326. In Vancouver (especially) I've experienced the "Come in. We'll lick your boots if you spend money. Thank you for purchasing now get the fuck out" version of customer service almost everywhere I've shopped at auto stores.

I would, at the very least, expect not to have mmmk's experience.

yea, but y do ppl still go back after they receive shitty services? They won't improve their attitude/quality of work if they know u'll go back regardless

I buy everything online & the ppl I buy from r knowledgable, never been given shitty attitude.

I guess ppl r referring to FOB shops, yea, they have a attitude problem

because locally, we have a lot of shops compared to other places in canada/us, so we take advantage of it... this is how they treat us... but they're the only ones...

im a slut, i hop between shops. advance was a good shop but somebody important had to leave (hint hint). now im still looking for the 'right' shop.

I've been looking for wheels and tires for my car, and I noticed that lots of people don't know the offset of the wheels they are selling, My car needs around a 25 offset, which is pretty rare as far as i've seen lately
