If you're too busy/lazy to buy a ticket at a booth, you can always buy it online at bclc.com.

I sincerely will lobby and push all agencies to help us make a race track in the GVRD area that can host some international racing. For public safety for city image for crying out loud for being an enthusiast I believe there is no better way to spend that money.

you have 50 mils and you put it in a savings account for the default rate?

the bank will offer something better for that amount of money.

It is actually not hard at all to have half mills per month if you start with 50 mill :D

even if that hits, theres about million ppl who play those same numbers just for 3 winning number = $10, so you'd be spliting the jackpot million ways

last year one of the winning number had 4~5 consecutive numbers from the back end. nobody won the jackpot but there was about thousands of 2nd place winners(5+ 1bonous). they only got paid one thousand each. usually, 2nd place pays 100k+

http://www.lotterypost.com/news/172517

It was five out of six numbers in a row, but only three consecutive: 23, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45

There weren't "thousands" of 5 plus bonus winners... but 239.

Each person won $1193.70. The total allocated to the 5 plus bonus pool was $285,000.

But actually, the WEIRDEST part of that draw?

The 5 plus bonus winners won LESS than 5 number winners that did NOT get the bonus.

http://www.bclc.com/app/DidYouWin/Wi...R-2008&GAMEID=

5 numbers plus bonus: $1193.70
5 numbers: $2223.40

This is because they allocate a certain portion of the prize pool for the 5 plus bonus winners that all the winners have to share, but the 5 number payout is calculated individually, so regardless of how many 5 number winners there are, it wouldn't change their payout.

already get plenty of that...

however, ive always wanted to be in a rap video... u know, that fat guy sitting in the back of the yacht, drinking a flute of champagne, with women surrounding him for that 5 second video shot...

then i can finally say "AWWW YEAH, i was in a rap video!"

hahahhaa

The biggest ever was $54.3M back in 2005, but it was only estimated to be $40M. There were numerous factors that led to the jackpot being way over the estimated, but it won't be happening here.

Also, just three months ago for the February 21st, 2009 draw, the jackpot was $50.3M, and I think the estimated jackpot was $48M for that one.

... $20! Two lines with three each (well, one with 3 plus the bonus, shitty that doesn't pay more..). I spent $14, so I guess I'm ahead ;)

misteranswer 05-20-2009 07:45 PM

This draw is sick. only ONE set of winning numbers.

A ticket sold in either Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba won $49,851,871

TOPEC 05-20-2009 07:51 PM

i wonder who that one lucky guy is.
