n00b question but is this for an HID kit or just bulbs? And if it is the kit, are there high-beams?

hid kit comes with ballasts, and bulbs some nicer kits comes with a relay harness, there are bi-xenon kit such as h4 but chances are they are more $$, if they are the same price then its a good deal!

This is low beam kit only, comes with two ballast two bulbs. Most car don't need a relay kit, if you are not sure just phone us. thanks.
