Okay first of all you guys don't know the kid, so don't make the assumption that he will kill 117 just because he wrote it down.
On the list , it listed names of people including mine and the networth of some and the way he was going to kill everyone one, for example he was going ot run me over with a car.
Just because this kid has weapons doesn't make him hardcore or the balls to even start killing.
The first 2 people on the list are his parents and by the time he would attempt to kill them , he would be caught.

So in terms of this kid, im glad he's caught but i dont think he was gonna carry out the threat. If he was, he wouldnt publicize it on facebook and actually tell people they were on there list. Unlike Columbine, few ppl had any idea of what was gonna happen. Seems like this kid was just looking for attention
