What a dumbass for posting the list online... good thing he's stupid.

Screw the Youth Criminal Justice Act... someone's gotta know who this person is... spill his details!

I know that person and he is on RS as well...... His name is Joe_45.

Those 117 names that was on the list were all females that have rejected him in the past. Frustrated and without getting any help form RS Joe_45 decided to kill them all.

Anyways back on topic. Screw the Youth criminal justice code. Sometimes the prolice got to evulate weather the crime is serious or not. If it is sericous trial them like an adult.

You fail at comprehending. I was referring to the posts above mine that hypothesized him getting bullied by the 117 people.

Nice try.

Yes, I failed to comprehend a sentence that made very little sense to begin with.

And since when does someone need to be pissed off to bully someone? Most bullies do it just because they can, not because the person they're bullying pissed them off.

Is the bond with or without surety?

Without surety = he can just walk. If he doesn't show up to court, he will owe 50k.

With surety = someone needs to pay the 50k upfront on behalf of him in order for him to be on bail.

Vansterdam 06-30-2009 08:27 AM

wow i wonder who was number 1 on his list

Chairman Kaga 06-30-2009 09:08 AM

I wouldn't be surprised to see this guy dead within a week with all the enemies he made.

ajei 06-30-2009 09:30 AM

so he actually planned to or thought he could kill 117 ppl in one go with those weapons??? he'd have to do alot of chopping and hitting....not very efficient; especially if you've got a northface jacket on

ilvtofu 06-30-2009 11:32 PM

Probably just a joke, LMFAO that's right children don't try to be hardcore, you end up losing 50Gs and quite a bit more.

In_MODeration 07-01-2009 01:35 AM

6insomnia9 07-01-2009 02:56 AM

Templeton hit-list student back in jail

The Templeton Secondary student accused of making an online hit list has been re-arrested.

The 18-year-old was taken back into custody last Thursday after violating his bail conditions.

“There was an allegation that he breached one of his conditions to not have contact with one of the people on the list,” his lawyer David Karp told The Province.

“He describes him as one of his best friend, that’s the irony of the breach.”

Karp said the student personally contacted his office last week, seeking to have the condition lifted. That never happened.

The boy was originally arrested on May 29 for allegedly naming 117 people, 73 of them students and staff at Templeton, in a “hit list” on his Facebook profile.

A cache of weapons was found inside his home, including a sawed-off shotgun, a machete, a sword and two collapsible batons.

He was granted a $50,000 bail surety in June under specific conditions. The conditions included restrictions on carrying weapons, staying away from Vancouver School Board property and not contacting those named on the alleged “hit list.”

Karp said his client was “finally getting things back” before this alleged breach.

The teen had been working at Vancouver’s PNE and had just graduated high school after completing a biology course through correspondence.

He is enrolled to study life sciences at Simon Fraser University starting next week, but will be in custody pending a bail hearing on Sept. 10.
