in a way i think fallon sometimes doesnt try hard ENOUGH to be funny.. like when theres a perfect chance for a one liner or witty comment, he just kinda chuckles and goes silent instead of using quick, smart situational humor like you see ALL THE TIME with conan.

the whole thing is obviously a last ditch attempt to get people to watch Fallon, he will be done by the end of summer.
