Try to get 8 (normally get 6-7) on weekdays... weekends I normally get 9-10.

About 5 hrs/day on weekdays
10 hrs or so on weekends
my perfect amount is 7-7.5 hrs if i can get that consistently, which is next to never

3-5 hours and for the past 5 years I've had a full time working day time hours ranging from 6am-8am. Usually sleep at like 2am on avg or at least 1am.

I don't know how you guys can go by with 4-5 hrs regularly - I get this amount during exam period and during this time I am fucked up.
Usually I'll need 8-10 hrs.

4 to 5 hours when i'm in school, and i'm usually in school in January (winter) so i'm always feeling shitty! then when i'm back at work, 6 or 7 is enough but i still feel kinda off, maybe its the food i eat?

The less sleep I get, the slower I get work done the next day. So I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep... The best is around 10 hours.

anywhere between 10-14 hours and the days i have work which is rare i get around 3-5hours of sleep.
