| How many hours a night do you sleep?
I use to sleep like 7/8 hours a night... but recently last few months been getting 5 hours a night, feel like crap. When I'm off on my break Im guna sleep all day.
What about you guys?

about 5 hours weekdays because i have to be up by 5am to get to work, but can sleep like a rock for almost 10 hours on weekends.

on a good week averaging 8 hours during weekdays, weekend 10
on a bad/busy week, 4-5 hours average weekdays (or less), weekend 10+ (record being 16 and still tired lol)

5 hours a day. But then I usually sleep when I get home from the early shift and occasionally when I get home from school.

on a good night 7hrs or so is the norm... i feel pretty damn rested..
on a weekend, up to 11hrs, so i wake up comfortably tho~

I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, sometimes I am lucky and hit 9. But usually if I get more than that, I can't sleep at all the next night, and my pattern gets all fucked up. And that throws off my hormons (cortisol) and workouts, which really sucks.

About 6-7
my old job completely fucked my internal clock, had to wake up at 4 am everyday
it's still screwed cuz of it more than a year later, I used to sleep 8-9 but I can't sleep more than 7 now
