When I jump out of my truck and walked up to him I'm not affraid to admit I was scared, he then started to give me excauses why he took the bottles and I just got pissed off and grabbed his shit. he ran and the automatic reaction was to start swinging. When he fell I thought should I kick him and that was a hell yes. Just a weird reaction I was pissed and shaking I wanted more of him but he knew where I live so I wanted to try to teach him a lesson more then anything.
I do say I had a poor proformance I got really cooked before this happens and I was so not ready. The funny fricken thing is he booked it on his bike I drove away 3 blocks and had to turn around to get the bottles since I was so wired I left them there lol what a idiot.

What is up with the messed up grammar? I could barely understand what you were saying. Sounds like a 9 year old wrote this stuff.
I don't mind you beating the bum up.
but for future incidents, you should probably ask him to give it back to you first, and if he refuses, then your free to kick him ass. This way karma won't bite you up the ass since he does know where you live.
Plusl, a lot of bums have like diseases so you gotta be extra careful.

Even if they do find him how is the law punishing him ? The cops wont bring him to jail they will give him a PTA and tell him to fuck off and the chances of a crack head showing up to court aint to good so he wont get punished therefore not learning a lesson. good job OP for teaching a lesson our justice system cant.

First:
Thumbs up to murd0c. Anyone who has read me bitching about almost getting knifed in 7-11, homeless people breaking into my apt building, stealing from my car, shoving me around on the street know that he gets my full support.
Second:
I'm really surprised at the attitudes here. I actually expected people to start QQing for the sake of the crackhead. Go Revscene for having a level headed attitude.

So he's backing down apologizing, you've already grabbed his shit, then he tries to flee and you beat the fuck out of him and kick him in the head when he's down.
Not impressed.

What was his reason for taking the bottles?

op: dont listen 2 neone in this thread, the point is he stole ur shit from ur property, that right there is enough reason to shitkick the dude whether he is a hobo or not. i been in the same situation like i explained earlier, props 2 u for taking initiative, if u didnt react the way u did, u wud of probably been having second thoughts like "fuck i shuda grabbed em", also it wud increase the chance of him returning not only 2 your house but your neighbours as well, and u would be lookin outside ur window everytime someone walked or drove by, this way u kno that mutherfucker aint gna return and hel proly tell his hobo buddies not 2 go there either. props 2 u brother |

People who said the crackhead will remember where you live obviously have never dealt with crackheads. His brain is so fried that he probably already forgot you kicked him.

somehow most of the people here think it is great justice when a car thief and his gf got chased down by the owner and got shot to death...yet it is wrong for the op to chase and beat up a crackhead for stealing his shit...
We need more ppl like OP to stop crackheads from stealing shits.

The funny thing here is when someone breaks into a car everyone on RS is ready to talk about the RS beatdown crew, now this cracker is the same cracker that goes around breaking into cars and stealing shit so what if it's a water bottle it's the same fricken thing and these guys need to get beat down they are no good in are society. The police can't do a thing about it so may as well teach them there lesson!!
