offline games are a bit better, but overall the responsiveness of 10 is definitely slower than 09... so many times I felt like I was skating in mud or something.

I noticed that sometimes I'm pretty fast in games and sometimes its slow as molasses ... its all over the place but I still think overall its a better game for online play since I haven't seen any really exploitable goals ... at this time last year there were a ton of exploit goals already ...

yeah nhl 10 online is very sluggish. I'd rather play offline with friends anyways.

For Be A Pro.. is it just me or am I not able to change the guy's height,weight, etc??
It always shows 6'0 and 190lbs??

man all you have to do in be a pro mode is run towards the side of the net and do a cross crease pass to a team mate and its a sure goal every time. the goalies also give out ridiculous amounts of rebounds.

i FINALLY got the game from my friend working at EA for 20 bucks. next day my xbox got RROD'ed. E74 error.

can you break the glass or bodycheck people into the benches?
i havent played EA NHL series since NHL 94

Was skeptical about this game but now I'm hooked. Not many glitch goals, and it's easy to stop one time attempts if that's all your opponent does.
Question: how do you increase your online BAP mode characters stats?

I only play online though, so I guess I gotta put in some offline time aswell to increase his attributes. I was hoping you could do the same playing in online games only.

Thx | Actually if you look at each locked item, it tells you what you need to unlock it, some stuff you can do offline and some needs to be done online
Easy way to get some of the offline stuff, start a BAP player (depending on which equipment you want to unlock be that kind of player), set to PRO level and enter the draft, play the prospects game and try to score an A overall that should unlock some stuff already ... a trick to get some of the stuff you need to play 40+ games a season, Sim every game and intervene at the last 5 mins of the game and play it till end, that will count as a game played so you don't need to play every game full ... and just make sure you get the proper stuff to unlock the stuff you want ... it does take some time ... or you can just use money and buy the unlock for the stuff you really want ... I heard the Offensive Defensemen Booster Pack is decent for people who have no stats ... and of course you need your cards online by playing games online to get your attribute points per unlocked card too
