...and that's why the speed limit is there... because some people just can't handle a car no matter how good a driver they think they may be. |
It's the only time I can do a burnout with my Yaris. :haha: |
My tires were done four months ago, Im too cheap to buy new ones. |
bald, semi-hardened a032r's seemed fine today. |
I don't understand what your problem is. why are you shifting pass 5k? is gas cheaper on your world? you need to learn to drive normally take matters in your own hands and stop endangering others on the road. When theres rain, you slow down, when theres snow you go even slower. It's common sense if you don't have any then stay off the road. |
My car and I had a good time today |
I drove with Eagle GS-D3's that were on 2 years too long... much past the wear bar, and cracked in 100's of places... no probs... this rainfall, i have fairly new Direzza DZ101's... and i have to say, im impressed by the GS-D3's wet performance, factoring in the "newness" of the DZ101. oh well... sucks to be people who dunno how to drive... fuck you crappy drivers of Vancouver :P |
lol traction control on, oh damn don't have it, lol but seriously theres no problem, i'm on SPTs and they're perfectly fine, no one's asking me to be DK here... |
Yesterday was a little slippery. My problem are the roads where the trucks have dug ruts, so my 265s don't make full contact in the rut, and the slippery roads are made even worse. |
wtf? I never get this slippery thing. I dun feel the road being any different than say 2 weeks ago. |

lol u should just admit that ur trying to slide on purpose cuz that sure as hell doesnt sound like normal driving to me |
im just impatient tats all :) |
my dads sienna has some insanee wheel hop when accelerating from like 30km/h....i love it |

When traction is poor, wheel hop can happen pretty easily on FWD regardless of the age/condition of the vehicle. The largish engines in minivans these days tend to have enough torque to break front traction on throttle alone when it's slippery. |
wait, you mean a large amount of RS'ers can't drive a fucking lick? SHOCKING! |

If not, go to a dealership and get a brand new FWD car and do a burnout, let me know if it wheel hops. Yes you can cause the wheels to spin in a minivan, yet they shouldn't hop. Wheel hop means your suspension cannot keep the tires to the payment, so either the minivan has a shitty suspension (possible) or the suspension is worn and needs replacement (more likely). Think about this: if you have wheel hop on hard acceleration, what's going to happen under hard braking? |
Hehe i have a shitty suspension and my car wheel hops violently in the wet, |

However, weight transfer plays a role too. During the recent rainfall, I hopped my front tires on a start up a medium-sized hill. The car has less than 50k on it and most would think it doesn't have a "shitty" suspension (it's a mazda fwiw). Quote:
Under braking in any car, weight is transferred to the front. |
Friendly reminder to stay at home because of the rain today your life is at risk facing many dangerous drivers out there A car couldnt stop in time and he spun into intersection of hasting & clark |
haha damn dunlop starspecs ftw!! i couldn't tell any difference in traction and was taking corners pretty quick too! =D |
