if cops want to give you a ticket they will find any problem on your car to give you one!

Its $18 bucks to replace the decal. It should be the decal substitution function. Changing a place is only $18 and you get the decal free....

If they wanted to they can make up some bullshit about not having enough surface area to reflect their radar/laser off.... because of your frame! hahah but I think it'll be okay, atleast you'll have less chance of getting a ticket ( blocked sticker vs moved sticker .) I'll get around to moving mine soon, let us know if you get ticketed hahh
