Yeah, the cop that he waived down prolly didnt even notice the tercel...

Understandable that the dispatch doesnt want him to follow for safety reasons, but then they wouldve gotten away..

If so then why the fuck are we paying them money??? Like honestly with the amount of bad drivers compared to criminals obviously bad drivers are easy to spot.. Thats why we need regular traffic patrol cops and then real cops.. .Kinda like how the skytrain works... I dont know how many times Ive seen people run stop signs... Honestly I would much rather have a traffic cop ticket me over a accutal cops that could find better more important things to do...
