Well, if your relationship with your mom isn't great and you don't mind souring it up more, you can plant bamboo shoots in both the front yard and back yard before you leave (once they start growing, they go everywhere and it's near impossible to get rid of them).

Stop emailing or leaving notes for one another. Talk to her in person first and see what her problem is.
If she continues to be an unreasonable bitch, take action then. Move out, sue, trash the place, whatever. It's your call since it's your own mom-and-son relationship that you'll be risking. It depends on how much if at all you value that relationship.

actually reminds me of a situation i was in a while ago.
i bought a condo downtown and didnt take possession until two weeks after i lost possession of the one i sold in coquitlam... she OFFERED to let me stay at her place for two weeks.
she does the motherly stuff like laundry, etc... then about a month later (two weeks after i left) she comes asking me for the $650 i owe her.
SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY BUCKS.... for TWO WEEKS!
needless to say, i gave her the money and hardly pick up the phone to call her anymore.

FYI, she's not going to sue you if you default on your Oct. or Nov. payments.
That being said, I would start looking for a place to move immediately, but I would ignore 15 days (end of Sept) deadline.

My brother and sister used to not get along with eachother let alone with me.. Then we realized as we were growing up that we all smoked weed.. Next thing you know were in my mom's garage having peaceful conversations while toking up... Mom would walk in open the door see whats going on and leave... Sometimes we even make fun of her because her siblings like to start arguments, even at the dinner table... Then we make fun of them saying hell my brothers and sister doesnt fight anymore why not try what their trying .... The "Peace" Garage...
