I'm late to the party here. 2002 SE-R Black and loud.

seekerbeta 01-30-2011 03:28 PM

DAVE! your here!

5er 01-30-2011 04:15 PM

You too eh Nick... Yeah I'm thinking a popular local forum like this will be better platform to chat and meet local sentra / nissan enthusiasts. I also have regular weekends off so I can do meets and stuff easier now.(aside from the fact my car is down right now that is)

!Aznboi128 01-30-2011 04:24 PM

um... i like that 5 lug swapped b15 thats pretty nice

I should do that for my G20, then get some g35 wheels

5er 01-30-2011 04:36 PM

Unisa Jecs (Charlie) on G20.net did my hub spacers. Gives a bunch of better rim selection, thats for sure. Only problem is these rims are like boat anchors FTL

!Aznboi128 01-30-2011 04:54 PM

There's a 97 Maxima sitting at Pick-a-part in chilliwack :woot2::woot2: with rear hubs, last time I checked.. so $12.95 on sale x 2... + $100 for spacer kit, re-drill front hubs, and pop four extra lugs in the front, and then the fun part... find some wheels. MMM forged would be nice. :fullofwin:

seekerbeta 01-30-2011 06:06 PM

has the hood spacers worked yet? is the engine cooler?

Stav! Yo! You're right! You get your reverse figured out yet, or you parking on hills??

GoneGuru 01-31-2011 09:29 AM

From what I can tell it's just from the gears not in the right position when I go in reverse, so if I just throw it into neutral or another gear and back into reverse whenever that happens it's fine.

Think I'm going to buy a header this week from that Markspecv guy that Nick suggested. Wooooooooooooooooooooo. Anyone got the "SRS 4-1"?

seekerbeta 01-31-2011 10:11 AM

ive got the Megan racing 4-1 stainless header, best price and quality... the SRS is just a Knockoff One, should perform the same as mine, might sound better too from what research i can find on them

GoneGuru 01-31-2011 10:36 AM

Oh, nice. It was the only model he had in stock that fits my car, so why not. Did you install your header yourself, Nick? Was it a hard process or relatively straight forward?

!Aznboi128 01-31-2011 12:27 PM

For you b15 guys with the qr25, how long would you guys say it is to change the head gasket? My bro's sentra gasket just went and coolant is sipping thru.

Well I'm not sure how long it'll take, but here is a real nice write-up on the subject. http://www.b15u.com/sentra-specific-...ma-sentra.html
Looks like a real bitch.
