sucks for all the guys that lost there jobs during the recession.. thankfully my workplace barely suffered

didnt really realize it was coming to things like that for local companies

Yeah, I feel bad for some of my friends who have either been laid off or had their pay cut. I guess I should be thankful that I got a raise this year.

As someone on pension now, who works 1 full time job and one part time job to restore my previous level of income, I can appreciate his viewpoint. He should be looking for extra income to replace what he lost, if he wants that money again. These days there is no guarantee of employment anymore. If you want the mising money, go work for it instead of complaining to the media. Working gets you money much quicker than whining.
