I went at the end of the day yesterday.. Price was around $50 for a pair of LRG jeans but there was already a lack in selection and sizes. There are however another dozen clothing and jewelry stores that you can check out in the same building.

Oh and the ATM in the building was busted so I had to run to Home Depot and buy a couple packs of gum to do the cash-back thing.

the buildings actually alright haha not as sketchy as it may seem. i felt the same way before heading there last week for the first time with my buddy.
the complex is basically a bunch of like agencies/stores that sell/distribute certain branded clothing to other retailers. they have stores that sell suits, jewelry, outerwear, jeans, shoes, a combination of all this stuff, etc. you're not allowed in every store there though just some.

Address is 1951 Glen Dr and the building complex is called Fasion Exchange Vancouver.

Here is the website: http://www.fxfashionexchange.com/index.html

Some stores do not allow "walk ups" as they are pure distribution and do not sell or wholesale to the public. The ones that do sell will have a green sign (forget what it says) by their door if I remember correctly.

^green sign says "Sample sale" and red ones are along the lines of "No sample sale". some don't hang any signs you can just walk in and ask them.

NLA sample sale itself wasn't that great...didn't have too much stuff that i liked. they had t-shirts, jeans, bags, hats, toques, outerwear, shoes, belts, wallets. that's all i can remember
the other stores that were open were pretty good though. they have brands like D&G, Penguin, Ben Sherman, some TRs at this one store. i ended up getting a couple items.
