Anyone been up to Seymour lately? Both chairs still have snow? Or is it looking bare and brown like the Grouse?

I was up in big white last weekend and the conditions were great. If you wanna board or ski you need to leave the lower mainland.

Plenty snow, theres only a vary faint brown patch starting to show near the base where the chair is. Other than that, the top and all is fine. Mystery Lake was closed though due to bare patches, so i never got the check that out.

Whistler's condition still very good. But it's packed way more then usual, With all local mountains being garbage or worst right now.

Highly recommend it

You can see the parking lot closures and stuff. You can also tab over to transportation and it will give you details about access to whistler

All the other resorts close at around 3:30pm too, not just Silver Star.

i just got back from Seymour, not a lot of people there and a lot of fresh snow
the only thing that sucks is for night riding there's only one chair open

definitely worth going up tho 4PM to 10PM is $36, or you can get a rest of the season pass for $100

Is anyone going to cypress and grouse this weekend? Since it's now supposedly snowing and collecting snow?

Hoping to get a couple more runs in before this season ends

well i wanna go to cypress during the weekdays when i get off work.

But apparently they close at 7pm?!!! major thumbs down from me since they already had to shut down the mountain for 2-3 weeks early in January.

i was in whistler last weekend and the conditions were great. Their should be adequate parking now since the olympics are gone. The only thing too watch out for is the creekside condola. During the olympics they closed it off so if you start the day there or end up on that section of the mountain your screwed. You have to bus it back to the village. I dont know if they are reopening it during the paraolympics but i doubt it.

I was at silverstar and the conditions were pretty good, some fog here and there but pretty much empty and having the whole mountain to ourselves!

Someone tell me if Cypress is worth it...I heard its expensive, and they have lots of runs closed and they close early + its packed... doesnt seem worth it IMO

^ condtions are good but the lifts suck major ass monkeys.

The lift takes a good 6 mins for a run that's last 2...
Was up there all day monday.
All I did was work on tightening my turns.
