Well to fully serve the taste of their own medicine, you wouldn't want to pass them. If you choose to use this method in the first place, you are obviously not in a hurry to get to wherever you are going. Wish popo ticket people who use high beams, and improper retro fitted HID, and people who block traffic at red light just to make the light (even though they know they shouldn't go).
