In the OP's situation, the police had NO permission to enter the house whatsoever to begin with...

That's not what I was asking. I was asking, hypothetically speaking, what would the police do to resolve the situtation if they didn't have permission to enter the house?

Do you know this for sure? Are you absolutely, 100% positive not a single person there said "yeah sure come on in" to the cops?

when it comes to young people...cops know they have the advantage....

unless you know the law, just dont provoke them and talk it out and you will be fine.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.
