You can buy this at Que Pasa in Richmond. It's awesome stuff....has a real kick, but also has a really nice flavour.

Lonsdale Quay... there's a shop called Pepperpot Food and Spice. It's a bit pricey for a hot sauce at $50ish but it'll probably last you a lifetime. It's a family operated business and they actually know their stuff as if they've tried everything they sell. I asked for a hot sauce that's pretty hot, not sour and won't keep burning for the rest of the day and they introduced me to Marie Sharp's Fiery Hot... They were spot on...

lol... Original Juan, the makers of Da Bomb have one called The Source which is rated at 7,100,000 Scoville units. That's about 5x hotter than Da Bomb Final Answer. That was the hottest stuff I ever tried. There was no way I would've tried it on it's own. Friend of mine took a toothpick, dabbed the very end of it into the bottle and threw it in a 4L jug of milk. After shaking the jug for a min or two, I tried a glass. I got halfway through the glass before calling it quits... lol

I can't think of any use for a hotsauce like this... lol... unless you're cooking a vat of chilli for a family of 20 and even then, you'll use maybe 1 drop... There is hotter stuff out there but I think past 7 million scoville, you start getting into capsaicin chemical extracts. You'll never use it but they sure have cool looking bottles
