the instructor just told me that my last exam is oopen book..now i hvae no motivation to even look over the notes

i've had a open computer exam once lol.. course was a joke.

i'm at bcit taking a computer networking course
last midterm tmr before my christmas break and so far i found out i know very little for that course:cry:

back to studying

fuck. now i have 187 exams to mark.

engineering is the most fucking retarded degree ever

unless you are satisfied with 4-5 grand salary a month.... do not come in here.... courses averages are always scaled to 65, compared to 75 in other faculties, no chicks, nerd guys, lame jokes, assignments take up to 6 hours each, and projects and labs up to 3 days each unless you got hookups, about 20% failing rate for courses, fucks up your gpa for grad schools, 6 courses every term, always stay overnights for labs, and the general material are really hard

unless you work your ass off, i mean having no social life and basically grind through textbooks, assignments and wikipedia every weekend, your gpa is fucked and say goodbye to gradschool

when my son goes to U, i will tell him to go to arts, get straight A's, get laid like crazy, and go to Law or dental or whatever

My class asked the prof for a test once and he let us do it, it was the FUCKING HARDEST test ever!!!

He said after class, "Never ask the prof for an open book test cuz I can make it as hard as I want and you don't have any excuses."

got my econ at 8am 2mr

the entire exam was done on the computer.

3 more full semester to go until my convocation...looking forward to GTFO here.

It's not as bad as you say it is... def. no girls (only 1 in my year) but those who are usually in engineering have an aptitude for math / physics etc... so it's not that rape. I wish Engineers got a lil more respect tho!

i got over a grand in scholarship in grade 12, with 94 average in phy/chem/bio/math, and I still stuggled in engineering...

haha actually many girls from other faculties have a lot of respect for us guys in engineering... its just that some of the sauder guys dont.... they are probably jealous we get to minor commerce but they can't minor engineering.... but many of them are pretty cool too.
