You NEED 91/+ if it says MINIMUM 91 / 91 REQUIRED...you DON'T NEED 91/+ if it says RECOMMENDED.
Simple as that.

full tank of 55L goes about 475kms. mostly city driving though. and it has the short-geared 6speed.
