| How much is parking at BCIT?
Starting school in BCIT this semester.
Haven't went there before, but it's night classes.
The site says $4, but is it cheaper during night time or anything like that?

Is your car modded? If so don't park your car at BCIT because it will get raped. Cars get broken into every day there. My car was hit twice.

Park your car on the main lots; go early, make sure it's near the campus/lights. My civic got stolen within 3 days of parking at BCIT.

for bus as long as you are in full time... all you need is a one zone pass and just buy the transit sticker from a tnt, and you can use it for all zones.

But it only cost 1 zone to go anywhere after 6:30pm anyway.

Is there parking around White Avenue South??
I believe my class is in the SW3 area...
Google map shows parking stalls, but I can't tell if that is staff area or what.

yea deff there is parking lot patrol yet they dont seem to do shit about ppl gettin their car broken into.
you can always do what a couple guys in my class did. They would park next to each other and one of them would pay, if the other guy got a ticket he would just take the stub and say he put in the wrong number but he did pay.

its pretty much free after a certain time because the students pay for all day parking in the morning
i never pay whenever i go there in the afternoon and ive never gotten caught

I haven't actualy paid for parking within the last year.
but wtf 4 dollars now? more reason not to pay.

bcit needs to let students park in the teacher zone but charge a bit more...i used to pay 7 now i pay 8.50 to park in the vistor zone but i think i am going to start busing it to school now

So I just got back...
Parked in Lot 15. I paid $3. Cheaper than I expected...
But I had to walk quite a way to the paying machine. Then had to walk all the way back to my car again to put on my parking stub.
But I noticed none of the other cars had a stub on their dashboard...
So not sure what's going on... did I pay for no reason??
The lot definitely had a sign saying you have to pay at all times.
And there was even a BCIT employee in the building that said I need to pay when I asked
her.
