But I'm inclined to wonder if that 1.5 rating was due to all the hoopla and all the "big" names coming back, which is something they can't consistently do. Hopefully this kind of a kickstart will lead to some better feuds that can keep the ratings coming. I wouldn't mind knowing what the quarter hours were to see if in fact the actual wrestling was holding viewers attention!
| There's no way they could do a consistent 1.5. The only reason for the rating was because of the first hour, and the Hogan segment. After that, everyone turned back to Raw, and the rating went back to "high" TNA levels (low 1.0 to 1.3)
But still, if they can do 1.3 on Mondays every week, that's a good thing. Just the buzz created by a new Monday Night War will make it better for everyone. |
