It's pointless. Those who can't drive do not read signs. You can have the biggest sign in the world but they still won't read it.

I road trip over 20,000kms/year. This perfect utopia of people keeping right and moving over only exists outside major cities. For example, the I5 is fine until you get near Seattle... then it's okay til you get to Portland, etc...

the stupidest part is highway 99 people fucking fly, like 140 km no problem if its not rush hour. i think the problem is theres too many exits on 91, when people are on 99 theyre usually goin a pretty far.
